In the United States, an unarmed black man was shot again by a white policeman.
Texas law enforcement officials have indicted 22-year-old Officer Shawn Lucas of the Wolf City Police Department for shooting and killing 31-year-old Jonathan Price, the Associated Press report.
On the night of the 3rd night, according to Texas police, Price saw a man beating a woman in front of a convenience store and collided with a man in the process of drying it.
Even though Price explained the situation to an officer on the scene, when he faced his arrest, he resisted, and Officer Lucas was found to be shooting him after a Taser gun.
Texas police issued a statement and said a preliminary investigation into Price's death revealed that he was not intimidating and that the policeman's actions were objectively improper.
At the time of the incident, the surviving lawyer Lee Merritt said that Price had raised both hands to explain the situation, and accused him of considering the convulsion of being hit by a Taser gun as a threat.
