The notice requires that all provincial-level transportation authorities should accelerate the construction of provincial-level network freight monitoring systems, improve monitoring system functions, and strengthen multi-dimensional closed-loop monitoring through network freight big data analysis and comparison, and improve industry management capabilities and governance levels.
The notice pointed out that all provincial-level transportation authorities should urge enterprises to upload transportation documents in a timely manner, and for monitoring abnormalities in network freight companies, they should guide the transportation authorities within their jurisdictions to investigate and deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
It is understood that the Ministry of Transport will, in accordance with the requirements of the "Network Freight Informatization Monitoring and Evaluation Index System", conduct a comprehensive assessment of the network freight informatization monitoring work of the provincial transportation authorities on a quarterly cycle, and urge all provinces to use informatization methods. Strengthen the tracking, monitoring and operation supervision of the new online freight business format, and promote the standardized and healthy development of the new online freight business format.
