The Information Systems and Digital Transformation Department of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the loss of the Republic's emblem (Eagle Seal) No. 13533. This announcement was made on one of the advertisements pages in one of the national newspapers, within the place designated for the announcement of lost objects.

"Al-Watan" newspaper quoted sources in the ministry as saying that publishing the advertisement is a legal procedure to be able to extract a replacement for the lost stamp.

It is noteworthy that the emblem of the Arab Republic of Egypt, according to the law, is a decorative Egyptian eagle with wings joined in golden color, and in the middle of its chest is a shield with the flag of Egypt.

The eagle has been the symbol of the Ayyubid state since the reign of Sultan Saladin, and it symbolizes the Arab victories.

The eagle looks to its right to indicate taking the right or the right with its head raised.

According to Wikipedia.

During the era of the late Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, the current slogan was adopted in 1984 as the official slogan of the republic, and it is the same eagle known since the era of the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser, with the difference in writing at the base of the slogan, as it became “the Arab Republic of Egypt” instead of “the Arab Republic.” Written in Kufic script, the two green stars have been removed from the center of the flag engraved on the eagle's chest.

It is worth noting that the "eagle seal" is a mandatory matter in most of the governmental transactions that Egyptian citizens undertake.
