When it became known that at least one manager in Hörby municipality had bathed naked at a conference with about 40 managers, the municipal director first did not want to make an investigation.

- I did not think there was any reason.

I had made my own internal investigation and talked to those involved.

Those who were by the pool and the person who would have been subjected to sexual harassment, says Lena Mårtensson Stenudd.

She says that the nude bathing manager apologized and the person who would have been subjected to sexual harassment has not made any report.

Meeting with the managers

All managers in Hörby municipality, about 40, Lena Mårtensson Stenudd has had a meeting with and they have had to ventilate their opinions and questions, she says.

Five chief safety representatives and one safety representative made a so-called 6: 6a report according to the Work Environment Act.

They demanded answers from the municipal management about what actually happened at the conference and what consequences it had for employees in the municipality.

The political leadership decided that an external investigator should be involved and the law firm Moll Wedén in Malmö was given the task.

- There will be a report no later than October 8 and before that there is no reason for safety representatives to involve the Swedish Work Environment Authority, says Lena Mårtensson Stenudd.

No good dialogue

She says that the dialogue between the municipal management and the trade unions could have been better.

- I try to have a good dialogue through collaboration meetings and the like, but I have never before in my professional life been involved in something similar, that you do not have this dialogue.

She adds:

- I'm very surprised.

There's something else maybe I can not touch.

I do not know what it is, says Lena Mårtensson Stenudd.
