Ruler of Sharjah stresses the importance of teacher training and appreciation

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, coinciding with the World Teacher's Day, confirmed that the value of the teacher and his rights are safeguarded, indicating that 30,000 teachers have been trained from within the country, as they entered courses under the supervision of the Sharjah Academy For education, they will be awarded a diploma after completing 100 training hours.

His Highness indicated during an intervention on the Direct Line program that the Sharjah government has ensured the employment of 42 female graduates and one graduate who holds Arabic language and Islamic studies degrees, as they have been enrolled in private schools in Sharjah, and they will be given salaries on the Sharjah government cadre, pointing out that they have been subjected to bullying courses. English and field training to be up to the responsibility entrusted to them in teaching students.

His Highness revealed the opening of the Arabic Language Center and the Arabic Calligraphy Center in the city of Kalba in the coming days, and the door to employment in these two centers will be open for teachers who have a high level of Arabic language.

His Highness continued: The teacher in our homes is not given his right of appreciation and respect, due to some behavior by students towards them, and from parents as well.

His Highness said, "With regard to accusing some teachers of deficiencies, we are able to fail. As for morals, parents are the ones who raise young people, and we tell the teacher your right is reserved, and we are with you, and we will work to give you the appropriate job and give you respect and appreciation."
