In early 2019, SVT Nyheter was able to reveal how autistic Dick Nord was treated at Hultagården's group home.
Through audio recordings that relatives recorded in secret, it appears that the staff sits or lies down on Dick Nord.
And on several occasions he is threatened with violence.
On Tuesday, the case will be taken up in Varberg District Court, where one of the staff is accused of harassment - but he denies the crime.
Dick Nord's relatives have turned to star lawyer Elisabeth Massi Fritz.
- It was obvious for me to help him.
Here we have a very painful case, she says.
"Can not speak"
She believes that he has been exposed by the staff on whom he is completely dependent in order to make everyday life work.
- Dick Nord can not talk and communicate.
He can sound and show with his body what he wants and does not want, says Massi Fritz.
