According to Örebro University Rector Johan Schnürer, it was on Thursday last week that the news of the infected students came.
The next day, the university decided to introduce distance education for about 50 students studying in the same program as those infected.
- These are students at one of our programs where it was discovered that some had a confirmed coronary diagnosis.
We take precautionary measures, says Johan Schnürer, Rector of Örebro University.
He points out that the university works closely with the Region's infection control in the matter.
