According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued the latest weather bulletin on the early morning of the 4th, stating that cold air affects most of the central and eastern parts of my country, and that most parts of western and southern China continue to be rainy.

Heavy rain or heavy rain occurred in parts of Guizhou, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangsu and other places

  Yesterday, there were heavy rains or torrential rains in central Guizhou, central and southern Chongqing, Hubei, northwestern Hunan, southern Henan, central Anhui, southern Jiangsu, and northern Shanghai. Local heavy rains occurred in Bijie, Hubei, Huanggang, Lu'an, and Tongling (100 ~ 143 mm); the scattered rain occurred in southwestern Yunnan, southeast Guangxi, southwestern Guangxi, northern Hainan Island and other places.

Compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, western Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, and central and southern Hunan dropped by 4 to 8°C, and the local temperature dropped by more than 10°C.

Yesterday, local gusts of 8 to 9 occurred in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, central and western Liaoning, etc., with local gusts reaching 10

Cold air affects most of my country's central and eastern regions

  From the 4th to the 5th, the cold air will affect most of my country's central and eastern regions from north to south.

It is expected that from 08:00 on October 4 to 08:00 on October 6, affected by the cold air, the temperature in the southern part of Northeast China, central and southern North China, eastern Huanghuai, Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan, most of southern China, and parts of Chongqing, Guizhou and other places It will drop by 4 to 6 degrees Celsius, among which local areas such as southern Guizhou, south Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, north-central Guangxi, and northern Guangdong can reach 8-12 degrees Celsius or above.

Some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and gusts of magnitude 7 to 8. Among them, the gusts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia can reach magnitude 9 (see Figure 1).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to release the forecast of strong wind cooling at 06:00 on October 4.

  In addition, in the next three days, affected by the cold air, there will be 6 to 8 strong winds in the coastal waters of my country.

The Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the northern waters of the South China Sea, and Beibu Gulf will have northerly to northeasterly winds of magnitude 6-7 and gusts of 8-9.

Continued rainy weather in western China and most of southern China

  In the next three days, light to moderate rain will continue in the southeast of the Northwest, the northeast of the Southwest, Jianghan, western Jianghuai, and most of Jiangnan.

  In addition, there were thunderstorms in parts of southern Southwest China, central and western South China, and Hainan Island. Among them, southern Guizhou, southern Yunnan, and western Guangxi experienced heavy rains.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on October 4th to 08:00 on the 5th, there were light to moderate rains in parts of the central and eastern parts of Northeast China, the southeast of Northwest China, the eastern and southern parts of Southwest China, Jianghan, Jiangnan, South China, and southeastern Tibet. Among them, Local areas such as western Guangxi, eastern Yunnan, and southern regions had heavy rains (28-75 mm).

There are 4-6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern North China, southern Northeast China, central and eastern Huanghuai, eastern Jianghan, eastern Jianghuai, and northeastern Jiangnan (see Figure 2).

There will be gales of magnitude 6 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 to 9 in the eastern seas of my country, the Taiwan Strait, the northeastern part of the South China Sea, and the central and eastern seas.

  From 08:00 on October 5th to 08:00 on 6th, the eastern part of Northeast China, eastern Northwest China, southwestern China, western Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, southern China, eastern Hainan Island, and parts of southeastern Tibet were small Moderate rain, including heavy rain (28-60 mm) in parts of southern Sichuan, southern Yunnan, and southeastern Tibet.

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, most of Northeast China, Shandong Peninsula, eastern Jianghan, eastern Jianghuai, and northeastern Jiangnan (see Figure 3).

There will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 to 10 in the western waters of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the northeastern part of the South China Sea.

  From 08:00 on October 6th to 08:00 on the 7th, there were small areas in the eastern part of Northwest China, southwestern regions, western Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, western Jiangnan, central and eastern Hainan Island, northern and western Xinjiang, and southeastern Tibet. To moderate rain, among them, southern Sichuan, southwest Yunnan, eastern Hainan Island, southeastern Tibet and other places have severe to heavy rain (30-70 mm).

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, southern Northeast China, Shandong Peninsula, eastern Jianghan, eastern Jianghuai, and central and northern Jiangnan (see Figure 4).

There will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of 9 to 10 in the Taiwan Strait and the northern part of the South China Sea.

Fourth, influence and concern

  1. Cold air continues to affect the central and eastern regions, pay attention to the adverse effects of strong winds and cooling weather on traffic and tourism, and do a good job in forest and grassland and urban and rural fire prevention;

  2. Rainy weather in the eastern part of Southwest China, Jianghan and other places, to prevent adverse effects on agriculture and transportation;

  3. Meteorological service during National Day holiday.
