The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development announced the opening of registration for the "Influential Leadership - Fourth Intake" program, which is a development and application program that extends over a whole year that aims to train 30 leading cadres in the country to acquire key leadership competencies, as part of an intensive and comprehensive preparation and qualification mechanism. In this regard, the head of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, said, "The design of the influential leadership program in conjunction with the global changes imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic takes into account the importance of creating young Emirati leaders for the new world."

"Preparing leaders is an integrated and comprehensive approach, combining theoretical education, investigating successful global experiences, studying the needs of local realities, and practical experience in the field," he added.

"We must also work on psychological, moral and intellectual preparation so that the leading personality is qualified to deal with the rapid changes and face various future challenges," he said.

Al-Gergawi pointed out that the design of the program reflects the objectives of the Mohammed bin Rashid leadership system and the changes imposed by Covid-19, and is inspired by the vision and thinking of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, "may God protect him" regarding the need to empower young and informed Emirati leaders. Armed with the tools of the future to build future emirates, he said, "We seek to prepare a different generation of Emirati leaders for the next 50 years."

The Impactful Leadership Program, designed in cooperation with international institutions and universities, attracts Emirati employees from various entities working in the government and private sectors, as they compete for 30 seats to join the fourth edition of the program, which aims to develop eight basic leadership capabilities among the trainees: strategic foresight, global citizenship, and thinking Entrepreneurial, passion, commitment, value creation, diversity and inclusion, caring for people first, and developing flexibility and curiosity, which are the main pillars of the Mohammed bin Rashid leadership system.

The Influential Leadership Program for this year, which has been opened for direct application through the website of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development www.mbrcld.ae, includes training courses that cover theoretical and practical activities and develop the intellectual and physical skills required in the personality of a leader, while each member receives an executive direction who provides He has support and follow-up to develop his leadership capabilities.
