Prison sentences were imposed on Friday evening on five drug traffickers in Nancy and arrest warrants were issued against the two main convicts ... who had left the court before the deliberation, announced Saturday the public prosecutor François Pérain.

These two, the head of the network and his lieutenant, were sentenced to five years in prison, one of which was suspended for two years.

Two accomplices were sentenced to four years in prison, one of which was suspended, while the tenant of the apartment where they kept the drugs and part of the trafficking was given a year in prison.

The latter, it is true, was also considered a victim of his trafficker friends, who had used violence for a moment to force him to continue to lend his apartment and continue his role of "nurse".

All the defendants, with a heavy criminal record, were in a state of recidivism for narcotics and were fined ranging from 10,000 to 400 euros.

This traffic had been brought to light in May 2018 after violence, during which a consumer was injured by accident by firearm, explained the magistrate.

According to the prosecution, this dismantled traffic was in fact very "classic but in all points effective and profitable".
