It was during Wednesday that three trucks collided on the E6 south of Landskrona.
A truck driver - a woman in her 20s - died as a result of her injuries.
Saturday's procession started from the deceased woman's workplace in Helsingborg.
The participating vehicles then drove to the Saxtorp roundabout, where the procession turned and drove back to Helsingborg.
Several people had gathered on road bridges over the E6 to get a view of the trucks and show their participation.
