The Everton team achieved its fourth successive victory after beating Brighton 4-2 today, Saturday, in the fourth round of the Premier League, and Colombian James Rodriguez continued his brilliance by scoring two goals.

Everton took the lead by Dominique Lewin in the 16th minute, then Brighton equalized in the 41st minute through French striker Neil Mobay.

Colombian defender Yari Mina added the second goal for Everton, in stoppage time in the first half.

The other Colombian, Rodriguez, was able to confirm Everton's victory by scoring two consecutive goals in the 52nd and 70th minutes, to raise his score in 4 matches to 3 goals, in a great start for him since his recent move to the Premier League from Real Madrid.

Mali Yves Bisuma reduced the score for Brighton, scoring an honorable goal in the last minute of the match.

With this victory, Everton continued its strong start, achieving its fourth successive victory, at the top of the table with 12 points, while Brighton stuck to 3 points in 14th place.
