Al Tayer said: “The project includes the implementation of a network of internal roads with a length of 77 km, including single roads of 68 km and double collector roads with a length of approximately nine km. The internal road network in the area will be constructed and paved with infrastructure works that include the construction of inspection rooms for water drainage. The rain, in addition to improvements to the electricity and water networks and street lighting works.

He pointed out that the executing company of the project has completed 86% of the asphalt works with a length of 67 km, including the completion of the work of improvements to the electricity, water and telecommunications networks, as well as 60% of the installation works for the street lighting network, and 85% of the works of constructing manholes to drain rain water and connect it to the main network. .

He explained that the authority inaugurated this year the internal road paving projects in the areas of "Sama Al-Jaddaf" and "Oud Al-Muteena 1", as the Sama Al-Jaddaf project included the implementation of 12-kilometer-long roads, linking them with the surrounding main roads such as Al Khail Street from the south and Sheikh Rashid Street from On the north side, and the construction of a number of intersections, including two controlled intersections with light signals, in addition to the lighting works, while the Oud Al Muteena 1 project included the implementation of the paving of internal roads for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment project with a length of seven kilometers, linking them with the surrounding road network and ensuring safe and easy entry and exit for road users To and from the neighboring areas, it also included the implementation of lighting works, side parking and pedestrian sidewalks.
