When the police arrived at the scene, there was no suspect left there.
The police have now drawn up a report of aggravated theft by burglary, however, it is unclear whether anything has been stolen in the burglary.
The resident who was at home when the thief broke into the home must not have been injured in connection with the incident.
This is the second time in a short time that a burglary occurs when a resident is at home in Jönköping County.
