During the inspection in the kindergarten, “numerous violations of the current legislation in terms of ensuring safety and security measures for the preschool institution” were revealed.
“In fact, there was only one security guard in the kindergarten, a number of video cameras were inoperative, not all premises were equipped with security alarms and were covered by a video surveillance system,” the department said.
In addition, the employees of the preschool institution, in violation of the requirements for protecting the life and health of children, allowed an outsider into the building.
On August 31, in Voskresensk, a man killed his wife who worked in a kindergarten in front of the children.
The man was detained and subsequently arrested.
During the interrogation, he stated that he had committed a crime motivated by jealousy.
