- I hope that they will see it as a business opportunity and that it will be commercially viable, states Erik Brännström, who is known from SVT's Go 'evening.

Few women run businesses

In Västerbotten, about 3 per cent of foreign-born women between the ages of 20 and 64 run companies and the corresponding figure for domestic-born women is 4 per cent.

There is thus not much difference according to statistics from, among others, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.

On the other hand, just under 60 per cent of foreign-born women of the same age are gainfully employed.

The corresponding figure for domestic-born women is just over 80 per cent according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's statistics.

- Both the women themselves and society benefit from the fact that they can support themselves and also run companies, states Lisa Nilsson who is a business developer at Coompanion nord who is a business consultant.

Project in all its glory, but the big question is to what extent it has the potential to succeed when the project itself is over?

- Yes, the integration issue is big and complex and projects come and go, but I think this has good opportunities because the timing is good.

At the same time, we collaborate with many different sectors of society, which also creates better conditions for success.

What Lisa Nilsson means by that, she tells in the clip.
