“Jansha is accused of acquiring a land plot in the Trenté Valley in the Alps in 1992 and selling it in 2005, when he was prime minister in his first mandate, for an amount of about € 131,000, which is nine times the price at which he was acquired.

Then the buyer - an employee of the Eurogradnja company - sold the land plot for € 146 thousand to another company - Imos, and that, in turn, sold to the premier a three-room apartment in the center of Ljubljana for € 236.1 thousand, ”the publication cites the details of the indictment.

It is noted that the site was overvalued with transactions of at least € 100 thousand.

Together with Yansha, the list of the accused included two directors of enterprises that were involved in real estate transactions.

The prime minister could face several years in prison.
