The turning point came when Gösta received a referral to the Health Center in Sala where he received help with how to think about diet and exercise.

- In May, I started running properly with over ten thousand steps per day and gymnastics.

Now I train almost three hours a day, seven days a week.

So it's quite hard, says Gösta Broman.

"Became more and more sedentary"

Since Gösta decided to lose weight, he has lost just over 50 kilos.

His tip is to start carefully and try to change your lifestyle instead of losing weight.

- My weight gain started at the age of 40-50 and it became more and more sedentary.

Now it's cracking in my legs and I want to move.

In the beginning, it is important to get started and persevere.

Then slowly step up.

Once you have reached 90 days, it will be almost automatic, says Gösta Broman.
