The Minister for Administrative Reform Kono and the Minister for Digital Reform Hirai will meet about once a week in order to promote digitalization, which the Kan Cabinet places as a top priority.



Regarding this meeting, Minister Hirai said, "I think it will be a way for politicians to have enough opportunities to discuss, target and lock on."



At the meeting, Minister Kono will focus on regulatory reform first, saying that digitization is an urgent issue, but it is necessary to remove the regulations that are hindering it.
