What is the best thing about Carin Götblad?

- Her commitment to particularly vulnerable victims;

children and vulnerable women.

It permeates her entire leadership and person.

It is a matter of the heart she has and it has been very good for the victims who lift in a way that they might not have done otherwise.

I really hope the next boss will have the same commitment.

It is a weak group that needs to be lifted - we will miss that.

When have you really disagreed?

- I have not always agreed with her decision but we have never disagreed in that way.

We've never had a fight.

We have had a rational dialogue.

We have had a good relationship, I think.

What is the best thing about Carin Götblad?

- She has social skills and is passionate about the particularly vulnerable.

In addition, she has an incredible capacity and stands up for her opinion.

When have you really disagreed?

- I have not worked so close to her that we have disagreed, but it is possible that it can go a little fast sometimes when decisions are made and that we then find it difficult to adjust.

What is the best thing about Carin Götblad?

- She has been open to us having a good collaboration in the issues concerning the work environment.

Since then, she has focused on vulnerable victims.

When have you really disagreed?

- The times there have been disagreements, I have submitted a report about it and we have had good discussions based on it - without being enemies.

What is the best thing about Carin Götblad?

- She is interested in reading about research.

She is good at getting her way.

For example, she always manages to be in the press when she wants to and is never in when she does not want to.

When have you really disagreed?

- We have of course disagreed in the deal around Lena Tysk - and me.

After that, it was impossible for me to continue working in the police.

But also in business issues such as how citizen promises should be designed and savings I opposed.

In my opinion, she is not passionate about practical police activities, the traditional core activities.
