The main congestions were formed in the center of Moscow - Moskvoretskaya embankment, Bolotnaya embankment, Serebryanicheskaya embankment, on Nikitsky, Chistoprudny and Strastnoy boulevards, Novy Arbat, Bolshaya Polyanka street, the Garden Ring practically closed in traffic jams in both directions.

Difficulties are observed on the Third Transport Ring, as well as on sections of the Moscow Ring Road.
