The firefighters of the Dordogne discovered this Wednesday, in the early morning, the body of a man in his sixties at a place called Les Coulauds in Saint-Martin-de-Gurson in the south-west of the department.

They were called in to put out the fire that was ravaging a house.

The victim would be the owner or the tenant of this one, reports

The causes of the fire are not known for the moment as those of the death of this man.

An autopsy should take place in the next few days.

An investigation into this tragedy was opened by the gendarmerie.
