The appeal against the closure of bars and restaurants in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille was rejected on Wednesday,

from the Marseille administrative court.
This appeal was brought by several local authorities and professionals in the sector who requested the suspension of the decree obliging them to close for 15 days, denouncing an anti-Covid measure which would violate their fundamental freedom of trade and industry.
The applicants have the possibility of appealing against this decision.
Contacted in this regard, the region's lawyer Xavier Cachard did not respond to our requests at the time of writing.
