Two teenagers could be prosecuted for "denunciation of imaginary facts having led to vain research", learned

this Thursday from Jean-David Cavaillé, the public prosecutor of Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales).

They were arrested Monday, in Prades.

Tuesday morning, in this town west of Perpignan, about fifty gendarmes had been mobilized urgently, after calls, signaling the presence of armed men near a high school, had been received.

Do not relay false information: No hostage taking or terrorist attack at the Renouvier high school in Prades.

The gendarmes are there and the situation is under control.

The establishment had been completely cordoned off, and the students confined, while the gendarmes carried out checks in the neighborhood.

They had found nothing.
