Lee Do-hoon, head of the Korean Peninsula Peace Bargaining Headquarters, who visited the United States and met with the U.S. State Department's Special Representative for North Korea, said that he spoke deeply and broadly about the conditions for resumption of dialogue with North Korea and the settlement of a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.

On the way home, Lee said, “I was able to meet reporters on my way back to my country and have a very meaningful and practical conversation with the members of the US administration who are involved in the Korean Peninsula issue.

He only said he believes that the future has laid a better foundation for what he previously said to reporters shortly after arriving in the United States about veganism and the declaration of an end to the war.
