Last season, Kumla Innebandy's women's team took the step up in the Allsvenskan.

A normal season covers income from matches costs for travel and equipment, costs that are difficult to cut into.

The audience limit of 50 people has meant a change for the team, and this year the women's team has budgeted for an average of over 200 spectators per match.

- It is important that we try to stay in the Allsvenskan, establish ourselves here and in the future get back the money we lost, says Niclas Noord.

Long-awaited message from the government

The government's plans to raise the audience limit are welcomed.

According to Fredrik Stengarn, chairman of KIF Örebro, an increased audience intake can be the salvation for many clubs.

- Especially when we look at clubs lower down in the divisions.

This means that the clubs can finally get a small income again, he says.
