According to preliminary data, the fugitives expected to hide in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

The head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan Magomednabi Adilkhanov told TASS about this.

“According to our information, they planned to obtain forged documents and after Kalmykia move to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan,” the Interior Ministry spokesman said.

He added that in the process of searching for prisoners, a car with traces of their genetic materials was found.

Adilkhanov also said that police officers later found two witnesses.

One of them said that a group of fugitives asked him how to get to the sea in Kalmykia.

It is expected that in the future the detainees will be taken to the Investigation Department for the performance of investigative and procedural actions.
