Trossö Vårdcentral has been located in temporary premises since 2015 that are not adapted to care operations, and Nättraby Vårdcentral has, among other things, problems with moisture damage that affects the indoor climate and thus the staff's health.
Build new or rent premises
It is a proposal by the health and medical care committee in the Blekinge Region that the health and medical care director should try to find a solution for new premises for the two health centers.
A decision will be made by the board on Thursday.
- The assignment will involve identifying the requirements for the premises that the health centers need and then giving suggestions on whether the health service should build new premises or rent premises, says Kjell Ivarsson in a press release.
The plot change was stopped
Region Blekinge's previous plan for a new health center at Kungsplan in Karlskrona was scrapped last week by the regional board,

The intention was that the region and Karlskrona municipality would exchange plots with each other, where the municipality wanted to build the culture house on Stortorget and the region health center on Kungsplan.
