Iván García

is 19 years old and studies Journalism at the University of Murcia.

His parents are employed as waiters "in seasonal tourism" and that is why the family lives in La Manga del Mar Menor.

He has been working all summer, also in the hospitality industry, and has managed to gather some small savings.

But, even so, he needs a scholarship to pay the 200 euros of rent for the ramshackle apartment near the campus where he lives with three other students, in addition to the costs of water, electricity, electricity.
