Borovikov is being held as a suspect in a criminal case initiated under paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Art.
242 of the Criminal Code of Russia - "Illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials."
According to the headquarters, the case on the distribution of "audiovisual recording of a pornographic nature" was initiated on March 16, 2020 against unidentified persons.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs did not confirm or deny this information to RT.
According to Navalny's headquarters, during the search in Borovikov's apartment, all equipment was seized, and the coordinator himself was taken away for interrogation.
Later they took a written undertaking not to leave the place.
According to the base of the Federal Bailiff Service, enforcement proceedings were instituted against Borovikov for a total amount of more than 550 thousand rubles.
