Former Chairman Carlos Ghosn of Nissan, who fled to Lebanon last December, announced on the 29th that he will participate in a university event in the suburbs of the capital Beirut, where he will provide business administration courses and support for startup companies.

Former Chairman Ghosn has often responded to media interviews after his escape, but it was unusual for him to appear in public, and the venue was packed with media.

In this, former chairman Ghosn said, "It will play a role in rebuilding Lebanon by creating jobs and raising entrepreneurs," and it is critical due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection and the large-scale explosion in Beirut in August. He emphasized that it will contribute to the recovery of the Lebanese economy in the situation.

On the other hand, when asked about the incident, he answered, "I don't want to distract," and did not say anything.
