This is what emerges from an investigation by the carabinieri who are carrying out a precautionary custody order between the provinces of Rome and Naples against 13 people under investigation, for various reasons, for extortion, fictitious registration of assets, aggravated by the mafia method, and abusive exercise of credit.

Among the recipients of the ordinance also Angelo and Luigi Moccia, considered the leaders of the homonymous Camorra clan.

The investigation revealed various economic interests of the clan in the capital and in particular on the restaurants in the center.

The carabinieri are also carrying out a seizure of assets for 4 million.

The precautionary detention order was issued by the investigating judge of Rome at the request of the DDA

The military investigation, coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, launched in 2017, shortly after Angelo Moccia's release, made it possible to document the economic interests of the clan in the capital and, in particular, the management under different names of various commercial activities , an extortion with the mafia method and the reuse of illicit capital in real estate investments and luxury cars, always through fictitious headings aimed at preventing the assets in question from ending up under the ax of the prevention measures arranged after the heavy convictions of part of the investigated.
