New mutilations of domestic animals.

A farmer from Hémévillers, near Compiègne, in the Oise, tells in

Le Courrier Picard

the cruel discovery he made, Saturday morning, in a pasture located 200 m from his farm.

Two cows, a calf and a bull were injured or mutilated during the night of September 25-26.

“The bull had received a stab in the thigh, indicates the breeder to the regional daily.

They had blown off a calf's horn, pulling to the bone.

Two cows were affected.

One had only half of his ear left.

The fences were torn down and footprints were found.

A donkey attacked, a slaughtered cow

The owner of the cattle lodged a complaint with the gendarmerie which is responsible for the investigation.

Especially since in the same sector, in Margny-sur-Matz, also not far from the A1 motorway, a donkey had its tail cut off on September 13.

In the Aisne, in Pierrepont, near Laon, it is a cow that was found slaughtered in a meadow in the middle of the herd, about fifteen kilometers from the A26.

All these abuses are part of a series that began with horses found dead with an ear cut off.
