62 cadres in Dezhou, Shandong were recalled for management

From mid-September, they will receive heart-to-heart talks, party spirit education, special training, follow-up assessments, etc. within 3 to 6 months.

Since the first pilot in the province in the second half of 2017, the city has implemented recall management for 62 cadres.

  The cadre recall management implemented by Dezhou City is mainly an organization and management system for cadres who have behaviors such as non-acceptance, inaction, "indolence and slow floating", in accordance with relevant procedures for centralized re-education, re-training, re-assessment, and reuse .

  On July 29 this year, Dezhou City issued implementation opinions on the basis of summarizing the pilot experience and practices, clarifying 12 types of cadre recall situations, as well as recall procedures and management measures.

Before Dezhou City launched this work in August this year, a total of 46 cadres had been recalled in 8 pilot counties.

This time, the scope of the recall was extended to cadres from municipal administrations and municipal agencies. Among the 16 cadres recalled were 7 cadres above the county level.

  From the list of 46 cadres recalled earlier, the reporter found that there were 24 principals in charge of the county departments and township party and government departments, and 22 other cadres.

There were 14 people who were ineffective in basic-level party building and strict party management, 17 people in poverty alleviation, environmental protection, and other key tasks, 9 people who lag behind in assessment results for a long time, and 6 people who violated work discipline.

At present, the recall management period of 36 people has expired, 22 people have returned to work in their original units, and 14 people have been assigned to work in other units. Among them, 1 person was reused due to major changes in style and outstanding performance, 1 person resigned, and 1 person found others after being recalled The problem was removed.

  In August 2019, during a special inspection conducted by the higher-level environmental protection department, it was discovered that there was a small sand and gravel plant in Duji Town that did not have EIA procedures, so the rectification and cleanup were in place within one month in Duji Town.

Later, due to the inadequate implementation of rectification and reform, Duji Town was named and criticized by the higher-level environmental protection department, which became the direct cause of Du Chunyuan's recall.
