If your work is passive, you may want to have a protein-focused breakfast.
Too much carbohydrates can make you tired at work when you sit down.
If, on the other hand, your working day is more active, you should choose good carbohydrates even for breakfast.
With these three recipes, you will get new ideas for breakfasts and start your day tastefully!
1. Smoothie bowl
2dl frozen berries
250g of Greek or soy yogurt or curd
2 tablespoons chia seeds or 1 tablespoon toasted crushed flax
For decoration according to your taste, for example, berries, fruits, seeds or cocoa powder
Puree the ingredients with a power or stick mixer.
Allow to swell during a cup of coffee or in the morning.
2. Oat-apple frying with milk curd
1 tbsp milk money
1 dl oatmeal
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
You can prepare the frying for the morning the day before.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Wash and chop the apple and place it in a small baking dish.
Stir in the oatmeal, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stir.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the apple pieces have softened.
Enjoy with a curd.
3. Vegetable egg on oat bread
1 leaf cabbage leaf
3 cherry tomatoes
A handful of arugula
2 thin slices of wholemeal oat bread
1 teaspoon olive oil
Wash and chop the vegetables.
In a bowl, mix the egg, protein, kale, cherry tomatoes, and the spices you want, such as soy sauce.
Fry the omelet in a pan with olive oil and enjoy with oatmeal.
