He hopes that the Yiwu Federation of Overseas Chinese and Overseas Chinese Business Organizations will intensify the "double recruitment and double introduction" work, so that more overseas Chinese capital, overseas Chinese enterprises, overseas Chinese intellectuals and overseas Chinese can gather in Yiwu, take root, sprout, and thrive, so that the majority of overseas Chinese can have more in Yiwu.   Lin Yi pointed out that Yiwu is China's important trade window, an important intersection of China's domestic and international double cycles, and one of the cities that can provide development opportunities for overseas Chinese businessmen.

A few days ago, the State Council of China issued a document to expand the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone to Yiwu, once again empowering Yiwu's high-level opening up and high-quality development.

  Lin Yi said that overseas Chinese businessmen are a valuable resource in the Yiwu market. Yiwu will actively promote the "return of overseas Chinese businessmen", expand and strengthen the "Overseas Chinese businessmen economy", and introduce 9 measures to attract overseas Chinese businessmen from around the world to start businesses in Yiwu. Provide financial, warehousing, and venue support for Yiwu to expand and strengthen its exports and imports.

At the same time, a special policy was issued in the Voluntary International Chamber of Commerce Building to provide free office space for overseas Chinese groups to set up offices and service points in Yiwu.

  It is understood that the World Overseas Chinese Merchants Building, which was unveiled on the same day, plans to attract more than 100 overseas Chinese entrepreneurs from all over the world within this year. It is estimated that the total investment will be more than 1 billion yuan, and the annual total purchase trade volume will be more than 2 billion US dollars.

The building will also be equipped with supporting projects such as the overseas Chinese merchants service center and the overseas Chinese chamber of commerce living rooms to create a depression where overseas Chinese businessmen gather and a highland for market procurement and trade.
