Three alleged 'paleros' - criminals who steal from traffickers - have been arrested by the

Local Police of Malaga

for their alleged involvement in the

kidnapping and torture

of two young people from Cordoba who wanted to buy hashish and who demanded 12,000 euros. This newspaper has been able to know, it was extended throughout the early hours of this past Saturday, when a patrol of the aforementioned body that was circulating on Emilio Díaz street was approached by three young people, or

Torture

The captors passed the gun around and made a pretense of pulling the trigger, while one of the hostages was bound hand and foot,

submerged in a bathtub

and cut with a machete.

The pistol was even fired when he was hit with the butt in the head and the projectile lodged in the partition of the kitchen.

The other boy, at the same time, was brutally beaten and listened to the woman telling her cronies to kill them if they didn't give them the money.

All this, avoiding the

bites of a

dog

that was encouraged to attack.

This young man was able to escape taking advantage of the kidnappers' carelessness and was located in the

Regional hospital

by the Local Police patrol that was guarding his friend, who later fled and asked the agents who initially intervened for help.

With the information provided by both, the Malaga capital began to be combed and a police signal observed, at the intersection between Guadalmedina avenue and Francisco Salcedo street, the white BMW X6 of the main suspect.

It was parked on the sidewalk and around it was a group of people who ran towards their vehicles when they noticed the presence of the agents.

One of them - which was hiding about 7,000 euros - was intercepted and detained after running away and trying to hide under a car.

The aforementioned sources indicated that, "without any doubt," among them were some of the individuals who allegedly kidnapped and tortured the young people of Cordoba.

The alleged criminals began to confront the policeman who was guarding them and, after giving him a shove, they fled on foot and in one of the cars.

A

search device

was quickly established

that made it possible to locate one of the fugitives in Cronista Madrid Muñoz street shortly after.

The lines of work made it possible to locate the house where the victims were kidnapped on Ojén Street, where the woman who supposedly asked to kill the young people was detained and inside which was still a bag owned by one of them.

The investigation, which is still open to try to stop the rest of those involved, including 'El Tintín', as the intermediary who deceived the victims is known, has for now resulted in the arrest for kidnapping and injuries of MATT, 27, HDN, 20, and ABEO, 37. All of them were identified by the tortured youth, two twenty-somethings recovering from injuries suffered.

In addition, the agents intervened the BMW X6 and about 7,200 euros.

The Drugs and Organized Crime Unit (Udyco) has taken over the investigations.

Indian food, marijuana and weapons

Drug trafficking continues to account for a large part of the police efforts in the province of Malaga.

The National Police reported on Monday the dismantling of an organized group that used an Indian food business infrastructure to traffic in weapons and distribute marijuana in Europe.

To do this, they made frequent trips from their base in

Amsterdam

to the province of Malaga and Alicante, in order to coordinate shipments with the merchandise that was transported in large tonnage trucks.

The Malaga Provincial Police Station has reported that the network exported large quantities of marijuana from Spain to France and the Netherlands, hiding the illegal substance among Asian spices with similar characteristics to the cannabis leaf.

In the operation, a total of

250 kilograms of marijuana

have been seized, six people have been arrested, a total of 13 buildings have been searched and six firearms have been seized - four short and two assault submachine guns.

The Spanish and Dutch authorities have worked in a coordinated manner to carry out this joint operation.
