- We do it because this is such a serious incident, we have to see if it is something we missed in terms of our guidelines, says Lillian Elmquist, area manager at the social services.
Taken care of by the social services
If the investigation should show a serious misconduct, the matter will be reported to the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate for further investigation.
