September 28, 2020 The regional prosecutor of the Court of Auditors has opened a file to assess a possible tax offense for the case of the exam taken by the football player Luis Suarez at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.

According to what Ansa has learned, the investigations would still be in a preliminary phase pending the evolution of the investigation conducted by the criminal judiciary.

The file was opened in relation to any corruption offenses and to ascertain whether there has been a damage to the public image.

In the main line of the investigation conducted by the Public Prosecutor's Office, the crimes of disclosure of official secrecy and ideological falsehood are hypothesized.
