The decidedly positive opening of Wall Street consolidates the performance of European stock exchanges, today all very toned after the macroeconomic data coming from China.



Not only that: the spotlight remains on Brussels, for the hearing in the European Parliament of the number one of the ECB Lagarde.



Milan earns two points - thanks to banking and energy stocks - Paris scores + 2.11%, Frankfurt flies to + 2.86% and London + 1.73%.

Even Madrid - despite the wave of Covid cases - earns 1.74%.



On Wall Street the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq are running and immediately earn a point and a half.



The spread between the Italian BTP and the German Bund is stable at 140 basis points, with our ten-year yield at 0.88%.



Oil on the rise: Brent above $ 42 a barrel and US crude oil above 40.
