She noted that in Russia, compared to April, when the restrictions were introduced, today the situation is different.

“Today we know how to resist the virus in terms of spreading, we know how to treat it and we have everything to implement it,” Popova said.

According to her, the country also has protection measures, domestic medicines, beds and medical workers.

She added that there is also an understanding of "how to organize an educational or work process so that there are no complications."

“The main thing is that now we need to ensure that all these rules are respected and then we are not threatened with restrictions,” Popova said.

According to her, today there are no direct reasons for the introduction of any quarantine measures.

“Once again, if we follow the recommendations we have today, if we protect ourselves, if we wear a mask, if we properly handle our hands and objects around us and take care of our loved ones,” she said.

Popova also called the expected increase in the number of cases of coronavirus in Russia.
