He said that one of the elements of such an initiative is the creation of "a transparent, strategic dialogue without naivety, without concessions with Russia, which is a neighboring power."
Macron added that Paris is conducting such a dialogue "in an atmosphere of respect for the interests of partners and in full transparency."
"In order to build the 21st century, it is necessary to give a calmer character to most of the issues related to our neighborhood," TASS quotes him.
