As of Tuesday 29 September, the Kalmar County Region will provide antibody tests for covid-19 to the public.
For healthcare and care staff working in the region or in the county's municipalities, the test will be free of charge.
For the rest of the public, it will cost SEK 200 to test for antibodies to covid-19.
Must make an appointment
To be able to do an antibody test, it is required that you book an appointment via 1177.se and the test will be done with the help of blood tests at one of the county's health centers.
- Times will be released continuously to the public and private receptions, so that it will be possible to book at a suitable time, says Andreas Delphin, coordinator at the regional staff's unit for coordination of health and medical care.
Test results will be available within seven days.
