28 September 2020 Cold and rains are characterizing this final part of September. From a thermal point of view, in particular, the minimum temperatures had not dropped so low for 50 years. Milan and Turin, for example, on Sunday 27 September recorded respectively 5 and 4 degrees at night, but the values were also very low in the rest of the North and in Tuscany, with lows below 10 degrees.

The intense phase of bad weather, triggered by the descent of cold air from Northern Europe, is in any case about to end, with the high pressure that is ready to regain the lost ground and restore a more stable weather, at least for a few days.
