"According to the government's decision, the departure from the country of men who are in the mobilization reserve is limited: privates, junior and senior non-commissioned officers up to 48 years old, junior officers up to 50 years old and senior officers up to 55 years old," TASS reports.

The Republican Civil Aviation Committee explained to Sputnik Armenia that men over 18 can leave the country only with the written permission of the territorial military commissariats.

On September 27, the government of Armenia introduced martial law in the country and announced a general mobilization of the reserve in connection with the aggravation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Later, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev also signed a decree on the introduction of martial law in the republic.
