“60 miners of the Oktyabrskaya and Rodina mines (KZhRK) continue their underground protest for 25 days in a row.

Colleagues of the protesters, their wives hold rallies in support of miners every day both in Kryvyi Rih and in Kiev, ”he wrote on Facebook.

According to him, the plant's administration is trying to put pressure on the protesters.

“During this time, the central authorities repeatedly made it clear that they were aware of the situation - the humanitarian catastrophe in Krivoy Rog.

However, there is no official reaction yet, ”added the head of the miners' union.

On September 3, 29 miners of the Oktyabrskaya mine in Krivoy Rog went on strike underground.

Later they were supported by the miners of the Rodina, Gvardeyskaya and Ternovskaya mines.

The miners participating in the underground protest appealed to the Ukrainian leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, for help.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal commented on the underground protests of miners in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
