“Based on these facts, a number of criminal cases will be initiated, the Investigative Committee is already working,” the police department added.

Earlier in Gomel, tear gas was used against protesters.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, about 200 people were detained throughout the country during unauthorized protests on September 27.
