According to the police, alarms about the car hit came from a security guard.

- We got calls that there were a lot of people and cars on the site.

It's a hit that we did not know about in advance.

We have toured around there during the night, says Åsa Willsund, the police's press spokesperson.

There must have been some drunkenness and a couple of cases of abuse.

A woman in her 20s was arrested on suspicion of abusing another woman.

And two more people, a man and a woman, were arrested on suspicion of another assault.

All were released after questioning but are still suspects.

According to the police, no person should have been seriously injured.

Several similar hits

Last weekend, there was another car hit with some mess in the same parking lot outside the mall.

Similar meetings have also taken place in other places in Jönköping recently.

According to Åsa Willsund, it is fine for the police if and when to disperse this type of gathering.

- It is a constitutionally protected right to meet.

It should be put in proportion to what happens if we divide the people.

What then?

Are they just moving to another location?

How do you see that this type of meeting has taken place on a lot of occasions lately?

- Only the police who have been at the scene know if this was arranged or not.

And it is not obvious when we may or may not dissolve this type of crowd, says Åsa Willsund.
