Frenchman Fabio Quartararo won the MotoGP de Catalunya on Sunday, regaining the championship lead from Spain's Joan Mir who finished second in the race.
Quartararo (Yamaha-SRT) dominated the Grand Prix and held off in the final laps when the Suzuki of Joan Mir and Alex Rins returned.
Championship leader before this round, Italy's Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati), crashed in the first round as did Italian veteran Valentino Rossi later when he was second.
