This is stated in a message on the Telegram channel of the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“Today, September 27, in order to avoid emergencies, the police will take measures to restrict the movement of both personal and public transport, including the metro,” the ministry said.

Also, the department recommended that citizens not respond to calls to participate in unauthorized mass events, recalling that this provides for administrative and criminal liability.

Earlier, the Minsk police department announced the arrest of dozens of people at a protest rally.
